A George I style carved gilt-wood and gesso looking glass. The mirror plate is in a leaf and shell carved moulded frame beneath a shaped cresting centred by a pierced plume on a moulded plinth. The textured framework is surrounded by tendrils and leaves and with leaf and scroll carved corners; the apron is decorated with a scallop shell and leaves.
