Q. How can I contact Jonathan Sainsbury (UK) Ltd?

How to place an order

Q. Can I order on the website?

A. Yes – for standard items we have provided as much information as we can to describe the piece. Please select the item of interest then choose the option to “Add to Portfolio”. When ready to order select the small basket at the top of the page this shows your order and from there select proceed to checkout. This will show the amount to pay including any taxes applicable and place the order with us. Payment is by bank transfer. Note that prices on the website exclude shipping for which you would be invoiced separately. We often find that our clients have unique requirements such as a bespoke piece, a preferred finish, or need to know lead times so if that is the case please call us on +44 (0)1258 857573.

 

Website Registration and Login

Q. Can I register as a trade client instead of a retail client

A. Yes – just register and then contact us by phone or by sending an email. After we review your trade status then your account will become a trade account and when you login you will see trade prices as well as retail prices.

Q. Can I delete my User Name?

A. If you want your  User Name to be deleted please send us an email from the email address for the User Name to be deleted.

Our Furniture Portfolio

Q. Why are there products that I cannot add to My Portfolio on the website?

A. These products are bespoke and we need to know your precise requirements, such as finish or measurements before we can quote a price. Please call us on +44 (0)1258 857 573 or email at info@jonathan-sainsbury.com to discuss your requirements.

Q. Which Payment Methods are available.

A. We currently only provide bank transfer (details are given when you place the order). We are looking to introduce additional payment methods in the coming weeks.
