Carved in the Chinese taste, surmounted with a pagoda and carved HoHo bird with foliate plate divisions and pierced fretwork apron. The original mirrors were after those created by the cabinet-maker Thomas Chippendale (d. 1779) for the State Bedchamber, Nostell Priory, Yorkshire.
